Morarka Finance Limited has submitted the published extract of its audited financial results for Q4 and full year ended March 31, 2025 to BSE, as required under SEBI LODR Regulations 29, 33 and 47. The results were published in Business Standard (English) and Mumbai Lakshdeep (Marathi) on May 9, 2025. For Q4 FY25, profit after tax jumped sharply to Rs 52.44 lakhs from Rs 9.00 lakhs in Q4 FY24, and quarterly EPS improved to Rs 1.16 from Rs 0.20. However, full year FY25 numbers show a steep decline — total income fell to Rs 372.98 lakhs from Rs 758.44 lakhs, and PAT dropped to Rs 279.84 lakhs from Rs 631.59 lakhs. The board has recommended a dividend of Re. 1 per share (10%) on face value of Rs 10, with the AGM scheduled for September 17, 2025.
The sharp Q4 rebound is encouraging, but the steep YoY fall in full-year revenue and profit (roughly halved) signals weak core performance and may weigh on the stock despite the small dividend support.
