MPS Limited's Board, at its meeting on 16 May 2025, approved audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended 31 March 2025 with an unmodified auditor opinion from Walker Chandiok & Co LLP. On a standalone basis, FY25 revenue from operations rose 7.3% YoY to INR 35,134 lakhs, while net profit grew 3.3% to INR 11,000 lakhs and basic EPS reached INR 64.86 (vs INR 62.75 in FY24). The Board recommended a final dividend of INR 50 per share, taking the total FY25 dividend payout to INR 83 per share alongside the interim dividend of INR 33 already paid during the year. The Board also approved the merger of two step-down US subsidiaries (American Journal Experts LLC, North Carolina and Delaware) into MPS North America LLC to streamline operations, and fixed the 55th AGM for 29 August 2025 with a record date of 13 August 2025. Additionally, M/s. Sridharan & Sridharan Associates were appointed as Secretarial Auditors for five years (FY 2025-26 to FY 2029-30), and the Nomination and Remuneration Committee was reconstituted with all-women members.
Shareholders stand to receive a robust total dividend of INR 83 per share for FY25, well above the FY24 final dividend of INR 45, reflecting strong cash generation despite modest single-digit profit growth. The subsidiary consolidation and management commentary on operational efficiency could support margin improvement, while the upcoming QIP (already approved for up to INR 300 crore) may lead to equity dilution worth monitoring.
