Mr Shir Sagar Pandey joins Mipco Seamless Rings as Additional Director

The Board of Mipco Seamless Rings has appointed Mr Shir Sagar Pandey as an Additional Director in a non-executive professional role, effective 9 July 2026. He holds an M.Com degree and has eight-plus years of experience in corporate governance and statutory compliance. He is not related to any current Director and is not debarred by SEBI. He will serve until the company's next annual general meeting.
