The board approved un-audited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 along with the auditor's limited review report. Consolidated revenue from operations jumped about 58% year-on-year to Rs 992.74 lacs in H1 FY26 from Rs 628.69 lacs, while standalone revenue grew about 51% to Rs 948.60 lacs. Despite strong top-line, profitability weakened – standalone Q2 profit after tax fell sharply to Rs 1.24 lacs from Rs 8.75 lacs a year ago, and H1 standalone PAT dropped to Rs 10.67 lacs (vs Rs 16.01 lacs); consolidated H1 PAT was Rs 15.07 lacs (vs Rs 16.01 lacs). Margins compressed with standalone PBT margin slipping to about 0.2% in Q2 from 3.8% a year earlier. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at around Rs -790 lacs (standalone) for the half year, versus an inflow of Rs 196 lacs last year, mainly because trade receivables rose by about Rs 410 lacs. The auditor issued a clean limited review report with no qualifications; results consolidate the 51%-owned subsidiary Agronica Seeds Spark Pvt Ltd.
The strong revenue growth is encouraging, but sharp profit decline, margin compression, and a steep swing into negative operating cash flow raise concerns on near-term earnings quality and working-capital health. Investors should watch whether receivables are collected and whether margin pressure persists, as this could weigh on short-term stock sentiment even as topline scales.
