Mrs. Bectors reported consolidated revenue of Rs. 533.3 crores for Q3 FY26, up 8.4% year-on-year from Rs. 492.1 crores, though down 3.3% sequentially. EBITDA grew 11.4% YoY to Rs. 68.4 crores with margins expanding to 12.8% from 12.5%. Profit after tax rose 10.1% YoY to Rs. 38.1 crores with PAT margins at 7.1%. For 9M FY26, revenue grew 9.1% to Rs. 1,557.7 crores but PAT declined 3.2% to Rs. 105.5 crores. The Biscuit segment grew 6% YoY to Rs. 325 crores (impacted by GST 2.0 transition and tariff uncertainty), while the Bakery segment posted strong 13% YoY growth at Rs. 198 crores, led by the English Oven brand.
Positive quarterly earnings show healthy topline growth and margin expansion, with the bakery business outperforming. The 9M PAT decline despite revenue growth and weak sequential performance may temper near-term enthusiasm, but management's optimism on India-US trade tariff reduction (50% to 18%) could boost the export-focused biscuit business going forward.
