Mrs. Bectors Food Specialities shared its Q3 FY26 investor presentation covering results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. Consolidated revenue grew 8.4% year-on-year to ₹533.3 crore, with EBITDA up 11.4% to ₹68.4 crore and EBITDA margin expanding to 12.8% from 12.5%. Profit after tax rose 10.1% YoY to ₹38.1 crore. The bakery segment grew 13% YoY to ₹198 crore while the biscuit segment grew 6% to ₹325 crore. The company highlighted Project IMPACT 1.0 cost transformation benefits accruing to the bottom-line, new launches like Zero Maida bakery range and NaturBaked, and capacity additions at Dhar, Kolkata and Khopoli plants. For 9M FY26, however, PAT declined 3.2% YoY to ₹105.5 crore despite 9.1% revenue growth, indicating margin pressure earlier in the year.
The Q3 margin expansion and new product launches are positive for sentiment, but the 9M FY26 PAT decline shows the year has been challenging. Bakery segment's strong 13% growth and international expansion into 70+ countries provide growth visibility, while investors should watch whether Project IMPACT 1.0 sustains margin recovery in coming quarters.
