Mrugesh Trading Ltd reported Q3 FY26 revenue from operations of Rs. 384.45 lakhs, sharply higher than Rs. 156.36 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Profit after tax for the quarter stood at Rs. 26.13 lakhs versus Rs. 0.75 lakhs a year earlier, reflecting strong sequential and year-on-year recovery. However, for the nine-month period, revenue fell to Rs. 482.70 lakhs from Rs. 1246.44 lakhs, with PAT declining to Rs. 18.27 lakhs from Rs. 65.15 lakhs. The company raised Rs. 72 crore via preferential issue of convertible warrants in November 2025, of which Rs. 35 crore is temporarily parked in fixed deposits. Paid-up equity share capital rose sharply to Rs. 7224.50 lakhs, indicating a stock split or large share issuance. The statutory auditor issued an unqualified limited review report.
The quarterly numbers show a sharp rebound in revenue and profit, but the nine-month trend remains weak compared to last year. Shareholders should watch how the Rs. 72 crore raised via warrants is deployed for business growth and working capital, as EPS has been heavily diluted by the massive increase in share count.
