Ms. Aditi Garg appointed as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer

Silverline Technologies has appointed Ms. Aditi Garg (M.No. A55285) as Company Secretary, Compliance Officer and Key Managerial Personnel, effective 15th June 2026. She is a qualified Company Secretary and B.Com. graduate. The appointment, approved by the Board on the recommendation of the Nomination & Remuneration Committee, fills a casual vacancy arising from the resignation of the previous Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
