Oscar Global Ltd's board meeting on April 4, 2026 resulted in major leadership changes following a Share Purchase Agreement dated September 30, 2025. The new acquirer Mr. Gopal Bhatter (along with family members Ms. Sonia Bhatter and Ms. Monika Bhatter) joined as Additional Directors. Two new Independent Directors (Mr. Radheshyam Pandey and Mr. Arvind Ganpat Desai) were also appointed. Simultaneously, six key persons resigned including Managing Director Mr. Karan Kanika Verma, CFO Mr. Pawan Chadha, Company Secretary Ms. Nitasha Sinha, and three Independent Directors. The Board also approved re-classification of seven entities/persons from promoter to public category, indicating a change of control.
