MSTC Limited, a Government of India enterprise, published its unaudited financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025 in newspapers (Financial Express, Prabhat Khabar, Jansatta, and Aarthik Lipi) on 12th February 2026, as required by SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, Q3 FY26 total income rose about 11% year-on-year to ₹10,670.61 lakhs, while nine-month income grew nearly 10% to ₹30,266.80 lakhs. Reported net profit after tax for Q3 FY26 was ₹5,241.34 lakhs (EPS ₹7.45) and for 9M FY26 was ₹14,588.55 lakhs (EPS ₹20.12), with the sharp year-on-year decline mainly because the comparable prior-year period included large exceptional items. Consolidated Q3 FY26 net profit stood at ₹5,136.78 lakhs. The Board declared an interim dividend of ₹7.60 per share (76%) on the face value of ₹10 for FY 2025-26.
The 76% interim dividend (₹7.60 per share) is a positive cash benefit for shareholders. Core earnings appear steady with revenue growth in the high single-digits to low double-digits, but headline profit comparisons are distorted by prior-year exceptional items, so investors should focus on the underlying operating performance rather than the YoY profit drop.
