MSTC Limited, a Government of India enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, has appointed Ms. Sudershan Mendiratta as a Government Nominee Director on its board, effective 12th June 2025. She currently serves as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Steel and brings over 20 years of experience in public administration and financial management, including prior roles in the Ministry of Defence, Ministry of Jal Shakti, and DPIIT. The appointment follows an order from the Board Level Appointment cell of the Ministry of Steel and is until further orders. Ms. Mendiratta is not related to any existing director or key managerial personnel of the company.
