MTAR Technologies reported record Q4 FY26 performance with revenue of INR306 crores and PAT of INR44.3 crores. For the full year FY26, revenue stood at INR876 crores (up 30% YoY) with EBITDA of INR171.2 crores and PAT of INR94 crores (up 76% YoY). Management raised FY27 revenue growth guidance significantly from 50% to 80% plus/minus 5% with EBITDA margin guidance of around 24%. The closing order book for FY26 is INR2,580 crores, with management targeting INR5,000 crores by end of FY27. Key growth drivers include clean energy (contributing ~70% of revenue), nuclear (INR650 crores+ order book), defense/aerospace (INR360 crores+), and a new AI data center infrastructure opportunity with first article order of INR35 crores and potential of INR400-500 crores over next 2 years. Capex of INR250-300 crores is planned over 2 years to support the multifold capacity expansion.
Strong order visibility and raised growth guidance with margin improvement target are positive signals. Focus on operating leverage and working capital discipline (172 days vs 278 days in Q3) supports earnings sustainability. The company's positioning in clean energy, nuclear and defense sectors with large order backlog provides multi-year revenue visibility.
