Mr. P. Srinivas Reddy, Promoter and Managing Director of MTAR Technologies, has transferred 2,00,000 equity shares (0.65% of paid-up capital) to his mother Mrs. Leelavathi Parvatha Reddy, who is also a promoter, through an off-market inter-se transfer by way of gift. Post-transfer, Mr. Reddy's holding reduced from 13,92,903 shares (4.53%) to 11,92,903 shares (3.88%). Both parties belong to the promoter group / persons acting in concert. The transaction was carried out on 23 February 2026 and the disclosure is filed under Regulation 29(2) of the SEBI Takeover Regulations.
