Mudunuru Limited reported a strong Q3 FY26 with revenue from operations jumping 64.6% year-on-year to ₹132.36 lakhs, up from ₹80.43 lakhs in the same quarter last year. The company swung to a net profit of ₹18.97 lakhs in Q3, compared to a loss of ₹29.28 lakhs in Q3 FY25. However, the nine-month picture remains weak, with cumulative net loss at ₹(132.21) lakhs, virtually unchanged from ₹(132.28) lakhs a year earlier. Employee costs rose to ₹53.46 lakhs (from ₹49.26 lakhs YoY), while finance costs dropped sharply to ₹0.82 lakhs from ₹5.85 lakhs. For the full FY25, the company had already reported a loss of ₹(131.05) lakhs on revenue of ₹620.05 lakhs.
The Q3 profit turnaround and strong revenue growth are encouraging signs, but persistent nine-month losses and the very small revenue base suggest the business remains under pressure. Shareholders should watch whether the Q3 momentum carries into Q4 and helps the company close FY26 in the black.
