Remote e-voting will be open from September 5 (9:00 a.m.) to September 8 (5:00 p.m.), with September 2, 2025 fixed as the record date for dividend eligibility. Share transfer books and register of members will remain closed from September 3 to September 9, 2025. The company also reminded shareholders that unclaimed dividends for FY 2017-18 will be transferred to the IEPF after November 3, 2025.
