Mukta Arts Limited reported standalone revenue of INR 3133 lakhs with a stable 49% EBITDA margin for FY 2025-26. Its education arm Whistling Woods International grew revenue 7% to INR 6236 lakhs with EBITDA margin improving from 9% to 11%. The exhibition segment Mukta A2 Cinemas was the standout performer, with revenue of INR 8842 lakhs and operating profit of INR 1477 lakhs, representing a massive 127% YoY growth, with EBITDA margin doubling from 9% to 17%. The group now operates 50 screens. On a consolidated basis, total group revenue stood at INR 18705 lakhs, up from INR 17987 lakhs, with EBITDA margin expanding significantly to 15% from 10%, delivering INR 2644 lakhs in EBITDA.
Strong all-round performance with particular strength in the cinema exhibition business driving significant margin expansion. The group's consolidated EBITDA margin nearly doubled YoY, which is a positive signal for shareholders and could support a re-rating of the stock.
