The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations fell sharply to ₹92.10 lakhs from ₹148.47 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a decline of about 38%. Despite the revenue drop, net profit surged to ₹69.82 lakhs from ₹6.24 lakhs, largely driven by a spike in 'other income' to ₹107.18 lakhs (vs ₹6.30 lakhs last year). EPS jumped to ₹11.17 from ₹1.00. The company's other equity remains deeply negative at around ₹(270) lakhs, reflecting accumulated losses. The board also fixed September 23, 2025 for the 108th AGM via video conferencing, accepted the exit of Woman Independent Director Mrs. Kamlini Maniar (completion of second term), appointed Mrs. Hinal Shah as her replacement, and brought in Mr. Shreekant Kudtarkar as the new Company Secretary & Compliance Officer.
Operational performance remains weak with revenue shrinking sharply, and the headline profit boost is largely a one-off from other income rather than core business strength. Shareholders should watch closely whether revenue recovers and whether the negative reserves position improves, as both raise sustainability concerns for the small-cap stock.
