Muller & Phipps India Ltd published its unaudited financial results for the quarter ended 30 June 2025 in The Free Press Journal (English) and Navshakti (Marathi), as required under SEBI's Listing Regulations. Total income from operations rose to Rs 199.28 lakhs from Rs 155.47 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a growth of about 28%. The company swung to a net profit of Rs 69.82 lakhs from just Rs 6.24 lakhs in Q1 FY25, reversing a loss of Rs 46.93 lakhs posted in the preceding March 2025 quarter. Basic and diluted EPS jumped to Rs 11.17 from Rs 1.00 a year ago. Consolidated numbers are broadly in line with standalone results. The results were reviewed by the audit committee and approved by the board on 12 August 2025.
A sharp year-on-year turnaround in profitability and decent revenue growth is a positive signal for shareholders, but the company is very small (revenue under Rs 2 crore) and the stock is illiquid, so investors should weigh this against past full-year losses.
