MCX has re-designated Mr. Manoj Jain from his current role as Chief Operating Officer to Chief Compliance Officer, effective June 1, 2025. He will be responsible for monitoring compliance with securities laws and handling investor grievance redressal under SEBI regulations. Ms. Kavita Ravichandran will continue as Chief Regulatory Officer, overseeing Inspection, Surveillance and Membership. Mr. Jain has 29 years of experience in Indian and global financial markets, with prior stints at Axis Bank, IL&FS Securities, SEBI, Wipro, and ICRA.
This is an internal restructuring with no change in leadership strength. Existing KMP continues in a different role, so there is no material impact on shareholders or stock price.
