Multibagger TARC shares jump 12% as Q1 pre-sales triple, collections surge 80%

TARC shares jumped 12.3% to an intraday high of Rs 142.40 after reporting strong Q1 operational performance, with pre-sales tripling year-on-year to Rs 602 crore and collections surging 80% to Rs 305 crore. The real estate developer highlighted robust demand for its luxury residential portfolio and improved collection efficiency. For FY26, the company posted a net profit of Rs 19.03 crore, a sharp turnaround from a Rs 231.28 crore loss in FY25, with total income rising to Rs 671.78 crore from Rs 38.88 crore.
