Multiplus Holdings reported Q1 FY26 revenue of ₹41.86 lakhs, up from ₹40.04 lakhs in Q1 FY25 (about 4.5% YoY growth). Profit after tax rose to ₹33.08 lakhs from ₹28.83 lakhs in the same quarter last year (~14.7% growth). Total expenses fell sharply to ₹8.78 lakhs from ₹11.21 lakhs, lifting the profit margin. Earnings per share stood at ₹1.76 versus ₹1.53 YoY. The results were approved by the Board on August 14, 2025, and subjected to a limited review by statutory auditors DGMS & Co., who issued an unqualified review report. The company operates in a single segment and has paid-up equity of ₹188 lakhs with reserves of ₹2,230.11 lakhs (as of March 2025).
Modest revenue growth combined with lower expenses drove a healthy improvement in profitability and EPS for the quarter. Small-cap, low-trading-volume stock — limited immediate share-price catalyst expected, but margins remain strong and the balance sheet is debt-free.
