Muted Debut! Alpine Texworld share price lists at ₹105, same as IPO price

Alpine Texworld made a muted stock market debut on 21 July, listing at ₹105 apiece on NSE and BSE, exactly matching its issue price and missing grey market expectations of a ₹106 listing. The ₹126.25 crore IPO, a 100% fresh issue of 1.20 crore shares priced at ₹100-105, was subscribed only 1.40 times overall, with retail portion at 1.53 times and QIBs and NIIs each at 1.09 times. Proceeds are earmarked for a new weaving unit in Ahmedabad and repayment of borrowings.
