MV Electrosystems IPO: 10 key things to know from the DRHP before subscribing to the Madhuri Kela-backed issue

Madhuri Kela-backed MV Electrosystems is set to open its about 290 crore rupee fresh issue IPO on July 30, with a price band of 400 to 425 rupees per share and listing tentatively on August 6. The company, which manufactures electrical and power electronics equipment for railway rolling stock including propulsion systems for Vande Bharat trains, has an order book of about 207.5 crore rupees from Indian Railways. Revenue stood at 62.6 crore rupees in FY25 versus 50 crore in FY24, while net profit rose to 1.4 crore rupees from 65 lakh rupees.
