My Money Securities has informed the stock exchange about the transmission of 1,37,050 shares held by the late Mr. Govind Narain Seth (a deceased promoter) to his legal heir, Mrs. Rajni Seth, who is already a promoter of the company. As a result of this transmission, Mr. Govind Narain Seth will cease to be part of the promoter group. The total promoter shareholding in the company does not change since the shares are merely being transferred within the promoter family. The updated shareholding pattern will be reflected in the quarter ending June 30, 2026.
