My Money Securities Limited has announced reconstitution of its Board committees effective 31 May 2026. The Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Stakeholder Relationship Committee, and Risk Management Committee have been reconfigured. Mr. Rakesh serves as Chairman across all four committees. Mr. Vishal Agarwal is a member of Audit, NRC, and SRC. Mr. Sanjai Seth (Whole Time Director & CFO) remains on Audit, SRC, and Risk Management committees. Mrs. Rajni Seth joins NRC and Risk Management committees. This appears to be a routine committee restructuring with no changes to key management personnel.
No material impact on shareholders or stock price expected. This is an administrative restructuring of board committees with all existing KMPs retaining their positions. Sanjai Seth continues as CFO.
