N R Agarwal Industries has upgraded the capacity of its upcoming multilayer board plant (Unit VI) at Dahej, Gujarat. The paper machine capacity is being increased from 1,020 TPD to 1,500 TPD (approximately 42,000 MT per month). The company has appointed a foreign consultant for project execution and initiated the environmental clearance process. The estimated project cost has been revised to approximately ₹1,500 Crores, with land requirement revised to approximately 150 acres. This follows earlier intimations from July and December 2025.
