NACDAC Infrastructure Limited's Board approved the audited standalone financial results for the half-year and full year ended March 31, 2025. Revenue from operations grew strongly from Rs 362.97 lakh (approx) in FY24 to Rs 485.80 lakh (approx) in FY25, reflecting about 34% year-on-year growth. Profit Before Tax stood at Rs 54.68 lakh (approx) for FY25, with Basic EPS of Rs 3.59 versus Rs 3.49 in FY24. Total expenses rose from Rs 321.10 lakh to Rs 432.43 lakh, tracking the higher business volume. The statutory auditor, M/s Piyush Kothari & Associates, issued an unmodified (clean) audit opinion. The company, which recently completed its IPO of Rs 100.10 lakh in December 2024 and is listed on the BSE SME platform, also submitted a statement showing Rs 95.52 lakh of IPO proceeds utilised till March 31, 2025 with Rs 4.58 lakh unutilised (parked in FDs).
Strong revenue growth and a clean audit opinion are positive signals for shareholders. However, PAT growth in EPS terms (3.49 to 3.59) was modest, and total expenses scaled up significantly, which may limit margin expansion. As a newly listed BSE SME company, these are the first full-year audited results post-IPO and provide an important baseline for tracking performance.
