Naga Dhunseri Group Limited has published a newspaper notice informing shareholders that unclaimed dividends from FY 2017-18 onwards, which have remained unpaid for seven consecutive years, will be transferred to the Investor Education and Protection Fund (IEPF) on or after 15th September 2025. Along with the unpaid dividends, the corresponding equity shares (both physical and demat) will also be moved to the IEPF Authority's demat account. Shareholders who want to claim their dividends must contact the company or its registrar, Maheshwari Datamatics Pvt. Ltd., by 20th August 2025, after which no further notice will be given.
