Nagreeka Capital & Infrastructure has announced three management changes. Mrs. Sarita Patwari has been appointed as an additional non-executive non-independent woman director effective August 12, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM on September 23, 2025. She holds 70,000 equity shares in the company and is the wife of Mr. Satish Ishwarlal Patwari, who is the brother of existing directors Mr. Sushil Patwari and Mr. Sunil Ishwarlal Patwari. Mr. Sushil Patwari's designation will be changed from non-executive director to executive director from October 1, 2025, along with payment of remuneration. Separately, existing Managing Director Mr. Sunil Ishwarlal Patwari will also receive remuneration effective October 1, 2025. All changes are pending shareholder approval at the September 23, 2025 AGM.
