Nalin Lease Finance Ltd has published its unaudited standalone financial results for Q2 FY26 (quarter ended 30 September 2025) in newspapers as per SEBI listing rules. Total income from operations stood at Rs. 177.67 lacs, down from Rs. 204.76 lacs in the previous quarter (Q1 FY26) but slightly higher than Rs. 173.65 lacs in the same quarter last year. Net profit after tax came in at Rs. 76.13 lacs, compared to Rs. 92.40 lacs in Q1 FY26 and Rs. 69.39 lacs in Q2 FY25. Earnings per share for the quarter was Rs. 1.16, up from Rs. 1.06 in the year-ago quarter. The board had approved the results on 6 November 2025 after audit committee review.
On a year-on-year basis, both revenue and net profit have improved, which is mildly positive for shareholders. However, the sequential decline from Q1 FY26 suggests some softness in the latest quarter, so investors should watch whether this trend continues in the second half.
