Narayana Hrudayalaya reported FY26 consolidated operating revenue of ₹78,960 Mn, up 44.0% YoY, driven by the UK acquisition (Practice Plus Group, from November 2025) adding ₹12,992 Mn and strong Cayman growth of 59.7%. India revenue grew a modest 10.3% to ₹47,974 Mn. Adjusted EBITDA margin contracted to 22.7% from 25.0% in FY25 due to one-time acquisition costs of ₹760 Mn and new labor code impact of ₹510 Mn. Q4 FY26 EBITDA margin was even lower at 20.8% vs 26.1% a year ago. Net debt stood at ₹22,397 Mn with a net debt-to-equity ratio of 0.49, reflecting leverage from the UK deal. The management called it a milestone year with integration on track.
Revenue growth is strong but margin compression is a concern. The UK acquisition adds scale but also raises leverage. Investors will seek clarity on margin recovery path in the upcoming earnings call.
