Narendra Properties reported FY25 audited results with revenue from operations falling sharply to ₹736.09 lakhs from ₹1,863.36 lakhs in FY24, a decline of about 60%. Despite the revenue drop, the company swung to a net profit of ₹92.35 lakhs (vs ₹224.65 lakhs last year), helped by lower cost of materials and reduced 'other expenses'. Q4 FY25 alone posted revenue of ₹366.64 lakhs and net profit of ₹34.92 lakhs. The board has recommended a dividend of ₹1 per share (same as last year), subject to shareholder approval at the 29 September 2025 AGM. Statutory auditor M/s Sanjiv Shah & Associates issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results.
The sharp revenue decline is a concern, but the company remains profitable and debt-free with healthy reserves of ₹3,050 lakhs, supporting the maintained dividend. However, negative operating cash flow of ₹(358) lakhs and cash balance falling from ₹281 lakhs to ₹18 lakhs suggests tight liquidity, which investors should watch closely.
