Appointment of Company Secretary & Compliance Officer

The Board of Directors of Narmada Macplast Drip Irrigation Systems Ltd, at its meeting on February 13, 2026, approved the appointment of Ms. Vidhi Krupal Shah as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the company, effective the same date. She is an Associate Member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Membership No. A56388) with experience in secretarial compliance, regulatory matters, corporate governance, acquisitions, and private equity. The appointment was made on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in compliance with SEBI Listing Regulations and Section 203 of the Companies Act, 2013.
