Nasdaq, NYSE to ring opening bell from Oval Office for Trump Accounts launch, Hassett tells CNBC

Nasdaq and NYSE plan to ring the opening bell from the White House Oval Office next week to mark the launch of Trump Accounts, a new tax-deferred investment vehicle for U.S. citizens under 18. U.S. Treasury will deposit $1,000 as seed money into accounts for each child born between 2025 and 2028 with a valid Social Security number. The scheme is scheduled to officially launch on July 4.
