The Board of Directors of National Aluminium Company (NALCO) met on 28th August 2025 and approved convening the 44th Annual General Meeting on Friday, 26th September 2025 at 11:00 AM via video conferencing. The record date for the final dividend for FY 2024-25 has been fixed as 19th September 2025, and the share transfer books will remain closed from 20th to 26th September 2025. The remote e-voting window for the AGM will run from 23rd September (9:00 AM) to 25th September (5:00 PM). The Board also recommended appointing M/s.
