NALCO has reported historic financial performance for FY2025-26 with net profit soaring to Rs.5,816 crore, a 9.2% increase from Rs.5,325 crore in the previous year. Revenue from operations stood at Rs.17,843 crore compared to Rs.16,788 crore in FY25. For Q4 alone, the company posted total income of Rs.5,013 crore with net profit of Rs.1,718 crore. The Board approved a 3rd interim dividend of Rs.2 per share (40% on face value) amounting to Rs.367.33 crore for FY25-26. Total interim dividend payout for the year amounts to Rs.1,561 crore. The company achieved highest-ever production and sales during the fiscal year. Results were approved at the Board meeting held on 30th April 2026 and published in newspapers on 1st May 2026.
Strong financial performance with record profits and dividends is positive for shareholders. The company continues to generate robust cash flows as a government-owned aluminium producer. Earnings per share of Rs.31.67 represents solid growth from Rs.28.99 in the prior year.
