National Fittings Ltd's Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 18 October 2025, reconstituted three key committees — the Audit Committee, Nomination and Remuneration Committee, and Shareholders Relationship Committee. This follows the resignation of two directors, Mr A V Palaniswamy and Mrs Panath Anitha, and the appointment of two new directors, Mr Anil Kumar Agarwal and Mr Arpit Agarwal. Post-reconstitution, the Audit Committee is chaired by Mrs Susheela Balakrishnan (Independent Director), while Mr Chenniappan Selvakaumar (Independent Director) chairs the other two committees. The new Managing Director is Mr Arpit Agarwal, and Mr Anil Kumar Agarwal joins as a Non-Executive Non-Independent Director.
