National Fittings Limited reported total income of Rs 9,618.57 lakhs for FY 2025-26, up from Rs 8,109.95 lakhs in the previous year, representing approximately 17% revenue growth. Net profit after tax declined to Rs 910.68 lakhs from Rs 2,330.34 lakhs in FY 2024-25, primarily because the prior year included an exceptional gain of Rs 1,921.63 lakhs from sale of operations. Excluding exceptional items, operating profit improved from Rs 701.93 lakhs to Rs 1,304.49 lakhs. EBITDA margin expanded from about 12.8% to 17.5%, showing improved operational efficiency. The Board recommended a final dividend of Rs 1 per share, subject to shareholder approval at the AGM.
While revenue growth and margin expansion are positive, the 61% decline in net profit due to absence of exceptional gains from the prior year sale of operations may cause near-term volatility. The dividend provides some shareholder reward despite lower profitability.
