National Highways Infra Trust has informed the exchanges that the Ministry of Road Transport & Highways (MoRTH) has approved the appointment of Mr. Sanjay Prasad and Mr. A.K. Swaminathan as Independent Directors on the Board of the Investment Manager (NHIIMPL). The MoRTH letter was dated 18th November 2025 and received on 21st November 2025. The appointments will next be placed before the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and the Board of Directors of NHIIMPL for their formal consideration and approval. NHIIMPL is the investment manager to National Highways Infra Trust, an InvIT.
