National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) declared its annual audited results for FY 2025-26 showing profit of Rs. 3,53,114 lakh, nearly double from Rs. 1,85,491 lakh in the previous year. The Board approved a distribution of Rs. 1.970 per unit for Feb-March 2026 (Rs. 1.960 as interest pass-through + Rs. 0.010 as other income). The record date for this distribution is 16th May 2026. The Trust's NAV stands at Rs. 150.47 per unit (post-distribution) with enterprise valuation at Rs. 56,988 crore. Total distributions for FY26 included earlier payouts of Rs. 2.984 (Q1), Rs. 2.456 (Q2), Rs. 2.733 (Q3), and Rs. 1.160 (Jan 2026) per unit.
Consistent distributions throughout FY26 indicate stable cash flows from the InvIT's toll road assets. The near-doubling of annual profit reflects growing earnings from its SPVs (NWPPL, NEPPL, NSPPL) operating highway projects.
