National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has informed the exchanges that a meeting of the board of directors of its Investment Manager is scheduled on Thursday, 12th February 2026. The board will consider and approve the unaudited consolidated financial results (including cash flow statements) along with the limited review report for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December 2025. Additionally, the board will approve the condensed standalone and consolidated financial statements (including cash flow statements) along with the limited review report for the half year ended 30th September 2025.
