National Highways Infra Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

NHIT has shared with the stock exchanges the underlying due diligence reports prepared by independent traffic and technical consultants. These reports were used to carry out the annual valuation of the Trust's highway assets across Round 1, Round 2, and Round 3. The reports have been uploaded to a SharePoint link for public access. This is a routine, compliance-driven disclosure tied to the Trust's yearly valuation exercise.
