National Highways Infra Trust has informed the exchange about the re-nomination of two existing Unitholder Nominee Directors on the board of its investment manager, NHIIMPL, for FY 2025-26. The re-nomination was carried out following a nomination process involving eligible unitholders, in line with SEBI InvIT regulations.
