National Highways Infra Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

National Highways Infra Trust has completed payment of distribution of Rs. 1.970 per unit for the period of February 2026 and March 2026. The distribution was declared by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on 13th May 2026. The record date for this distribution was fixed as 16th May 2026. Payment has been completed on 21st May 2026, to all eligible unit holders, subject to applicable withholding taxes. Distributions for months up to January 2026 were already paid separately.
