National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has filed its quarterly statement on the use of proceeds from two institutional placements as required by SEBI InvIT regulations. For the Leap Project (raised in March 2024, total Rs. 6,181.25 Cr), the trust has fully utilized Rs. 6,134.80 Cr of net proceeds across infusion into NEPPL, debt service reserve, general corporate purposes, and additional concession fee. For the Ascent Project (raised in March 2025, Rs. 5,053.48 Cr), Rs. 4,989.75 Cr has been deployed into NSPPL and lender fees, with general corporate purposes of Rs. 2.73 Cr also fully utilized. The trust reported nil deviation from stated objects in both placements, with minor variations only in the timing of offer expense utilization. A small balance of Rs. 5.11 Cr (Leap) and Rs. 2.25 Cr (Ascent) remains to be utilized towards offer expenses.
