National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has completed the payment of distribution of Rs. 0.395 per unit to eligible unitholders for the month of March 2025. The distribution was declared by the Board of the Investment Manager on 28th May 2025, with the record date set as 2nd June 2025 in line with SEBI InvIT regulations. Payment was made on 5th June 2025, within the required 5 working days from the record date. This follows the earlier distributions for months up to February 2025, which have already been paid.
This is a routine confirmation of distribution payment for unitholders. The Rs. 0.395 per unit for March 2025 has already been factored into the unit price, so no fresh price reaction is expected. Unitholders holding units as of the record date of 2nd June 2025 would have received this distribution.
