National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has disclosed its quarterly valuation report and Net Asset Value (NAV) as of 31st December 2025, as required under SEBI InvIT regulations. Independent valuer Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP has assessed the enterprise value of NHIT's assets at Rs. 49,671.90 crore. The Trust's NAV stands at Rs. 287,633 million pre-distribution (Rs. 148.51 per unit) and Rs. 282,316 million post-distribution (Rs. 145.76 per unit), after factoring in a proposed distribution of Rs. 5,317 million. NHIT holds 26 toll road projects across three SPVs spanning ~2,343 kms (11,967 lane kms) across 13 states, operated under the Toll, Operate and Transfer (TOT) model with NHAI. The asset portfolio includes four acquisition rounds, with the most recent (Round 4, 11 projects) effective from 1st April 2025.
This is a routine regulatory disclosure rather than a material business event, so the direct stock price impact is likely limited. However, the NAV figure of Rs. 148.51 per unit gives unitholders a benchmark for valuing their holdings, and the proposed distribution of Rs. 5,317 million signals continued cash flow generation from the toll road assets.
