National Highways Infra Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue
Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has disclosed the project-wise enterprise value break-up of its Round 5 road assets, valued as of 28 February 2026 by Ernst & Young Merchant Banking Services LLP. The Amravati Chikali project has been valued at ₹44,576 million, while the Gundugolanu - Chinna Avutupalli project is valued at ₹17,633 million. The combined enterprise value of both Round 5 assets stands at ₹62,209 million (about ₹6,221 crore). This is a routine valuation disclosure required for the Trust's portfolio reporting and was submitted by Gunjan Singh, Company Secretary of the Investment Manager.
This is an informational disclosure of asset valuation rather than a new business event, so it is unlikely to move the unit price materially. Investors can use the disclosed enterprise values to benchmark the Trust's asset base and NAV, but the filing itself does not signal any change in cash flows, debt, or distributions.
