National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has informed exchanges that an Addendum to the Notice of its 6th Extra-Ordinary Meeting (EOM) has been issued and dispatched by its Investment Manager. The Addendum modifies certain contents of the original EOM Notice, while all other parts remain unchanged. Only unitholders whose names appear in the Register of Beneficial Owners maintained by depositories as of the cut-off date, Thursday 05 March 2026, will be eligible to cast their votes. The Addendum is also available on NHIT's website (www.nhit.co.in).
This is a procedural update ahead of the Extra-Ordinary Meeting. Unitholders should review the Addendum for any changes to the original agenda and ensure they are recorded as beneficial owners by 05 March 2026 to retain voting eligibility. No immediate material impact on the unit price is expected.
