Awaiting price reaction for this filing.
National Highways Infra Trust (NHIT) has filed the newspaper publication of its unaudited quarterly financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 with BSE and NSE. On a standalone basis, total income from operations jumped to Rs. 126,945.52 lakhs from Rs. 73,911.39 lakhs in Q1 FY25, while net profit after tax rose sharply to Rs. 82,951.29 lakhs versus Rs. 49,345.47 lakhs year-on-year. On a consolidated basis, total income from operations grew to Rs. 103,189.25 lakhs from Rs. 57,130.15 lakhs, and net profit after tax nearly doubled to Rs. 12,146.58 lakhs from Rs. 6,403.12 lakhs. The Board of the Investment Manager approved these results on August 13, 2025, and they are available on the Trust's website and stock exchange portals.
This is a routine compliance filing sharing already-disclosed Q1 results in newspaper format, so no new market reaction is expected. However, the strong year-on-year growth in both standalone and consolidated revenues and profits points to improving operational performance, which is a positive signal for unitholders.
